The Tide is a sculptural exploration of light, texture, and transformation. Crafted from recycled corrugated cardboard and illuminated from within, it reveals intricate layers that shift between shadow and glow.

Quietly striking, it brings a sense of depth, movement, and wonder to contemporary interiors.

Description

The Tide is a striking circular wall sculpture made from hand-cut, recycled corrugated cardboard. One side holds its original linear form, while the other reveals an intricate, lace-like texture, an erosion that feels both organic and intentional.

With built-in LED lighting, the piece transforms when illuminated: a soft glow shines from behind and within, reminiscent of a glowing moon or seasonal solstice. Even in natural light, the filigree texture appears to float within its wooden frame, casting subtle, shifting shadows.

Framed in a deep wood look box (52 x 52 x 5 cm), The Tide is a statement artwork for modern interiors—celebrating material simplicity, transformation, and quiet beauty.
